USING RITHM
Terms of Service
Updated October 4, 2026
Rithm helps you arrange runs with friends. By using Rithm, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and based in the USA. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in account secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account.
SMS Terms
Rithm offers an optional SMS notification program to enrolled beta members. Agreeing to these Terms of Service does not enroll you in SMS messages.
You may separately opt in to receive recurring Rithm texts about run invitations, planning responses, friends joining, cancellations, changed attendance, time and meeting-place changes, reminders, and unread run comments. SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account or use Rithm. Provide a mobile number you control and update your preferences if that number changes.
Message frequency varies based on invitations and run activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact bryce@rithm.run. Turning off SMS will not prevent you from using Rithm.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent information.
Community rules
Ordinary swearing, inside jokes and friendly banter are welcome. Do not threaten people, target them with harassment or hateful abuse, impersonate others, share pornography, sexual exploitation or nonconsensual intimate images, expose someone’s private information without consent, or post scams, spam or other unlawful content. Only share content you have the right to share, and do not interfere with Rithm’s security.
These rules apply to profiles, runs, photos and attendee conversations. Use the three-dot menu on content to report a concern, or contact bryce@rithm.run. You can also block someone from their profile. Reports are reviewed by a person; a report alone does not automatically suspend an account.
We may remove content, prevent its author from reposting content removed after review, or suspend an account. Contact support to challenge a decision. Calling something a joke does not excuse threats or unwanted, targeted abuse.
Your runs
Members arrange and participate in runs themselves. Rithm does not supervise runs, screen participants, or guarantee anyone’s attendance or the accuracy of run details. Running and meeting others carry risks. Use your judgment about your ability, route, conditions, and personal safety.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and other content. You give Rithm permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the app and share it with the audience you choose, including forwarding you enable.
The service
Rithm is a beta service provided as available. Features may change and interruptions may occur. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten others’ safety. We will post updated terms here and identify their effective date.
