Rithm Support

Need a hand with your account or a run? Email bryce@rithm.run.

Tell us what happened and what you expected. For account help, write from your sign-in email when possible. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

Account and notifications

Open Profile → Account settings in Rithm to manage your account, notification preferences, and blocked people. If you cannot sign in, try the email-code option with the email you used to join, or contact us.

Report a concern

Use the three-dot menu on a profile, run, or conversation message to report a concern. Photo reporting is available when a profile or run has a photo. Reports go to a private human review queue; the reported member does not see who submitted the report.

You can also block someone from their profile. To appeal a moderation decision or get help with a safety concern, email bryce@rithm.run.

Your data and account deletion

To delete your account, open Profile → Account settings → Delete account and follow the sign-in confirmation. If you need help accessing or deleting your data, contact us from your sign-in email.
